History
Plaenge came into existence on March 31th, 1970, materializing the dream of a young, 30 years old engineer.
Inan office with a few items of furniture and two typewriters, Plaenge was awarded it's first contract: for the construction of a print shop building in Londrina, State of Paraná.
A little over one year later, it was contracted by Coke for the creation of a plant in Cambé, also in the State of Paraná. The good work performance shown during this assignment made it possible for Plaenge to become the contractor selected to create most of Coke's plants from that year onwards.

| 1974 | - Plaenge builds its first apartment building, the 12 storied Edifício Olga. |
| 1975 | - Emisa Plaenge is organized as a Group company specialized in industrial installations. |
| 1980 | - Emisa Plaenge enters into a partnership with Boccard, a French company engaged in the business of industrial installations, in order to render services in offshore oil platforms. |
| 1982 | - Emisa Plaenge starts its operations in the turnkey project system. |
| 1983 | - The activities of Cuiabá's regional office begin. |
| 1984 | - The Industrial Division is transferred from Rio de Janeiro to Curitiba. |
| 1988 | - The activities of Campo Grande's regional office begin. |
| 1989 | - The new offices in Cuiabá are inaugurated. |
| 1993 | - Plaenge starts an extensive program for the implementation of information systems and thus becomes a pioneer in the civil construction segment as a user of computer networks, intranet, and digital data control. |
| 1994 | - Signing of the first contract abroad, designing and managing the Coke plants in Venezuela. |
| 1995 | - Launched the Flexible System of Plants, which allows the buyer to set the sole of her apartment according to your needs. - The Emisa Plaenge firm partnership with U.S. firm The Benham Group, through a joint association, aiming to provide high quality comprehensive services to its industrial customers in Brazil and Latin America. |
| 1997 | - Start of social actions involving homes to support needy children. |
| 1998 | - Composed Group Plaenge. - Start of partnership with South America Seguros (Brazil), Munich Re (Germany) and Swiss Re (Switzerland) to provide Secure Delivery of Work. |
| 1999 | - Emisa Plaenge receives ISO 9001 certification for the German auditor DQS. |
| 2003 | - Plaenge starts its activities in Curitiba, capital of Paraná. - Start of implementation of the IFS (Industrial and Financial Systems), the new company's ERP. |
| 2004 | - Plaenge obtained ISO 9001:2000 and level "A" PBQP-H - Federal Program for Quality in Construction. |
| 2005 | - Is delivered to one hundredth of Plaenge residential development. |
| 2006 | - The delivery Plaenge Le Corbusier's first venture in Curitiba, Paraná. - Group Plaenge decides to keep private. - The Emisa Plaenge in developing the floor of the work of expanding the Spaipa, Coke factory in Marília-SP, set a new record in Brazil in the case of prestressed floors. - Built Vanguard Home on 10/17/2006, mark focused on the first public property and released the company's first venture in Londrina-PR: the Garden Belverdere. |
| 2007 | - You completed the deployment of IFS (Industrial and Financial Systems), the new company's ERP, becoming the global reference system application in the real estate. - The Vanguard Home expanded its activities to Curitiba, capital of Paraná, and Campo Grande, capital of Mato Grosso do Sul. |
| 2008 | - The Vanguard Home starts its activities in Cuiabá, capital of Mato Grosso. - Vanguard Home launches the first home of online ventures Piazza, middle line of the company in Cuiabá-MT and Londrina-PR. - The Vanguard Home obtains ISO 9001:2000 certification and level "A" PBQP-H - Federal Program for Quality in Construction. - The Vanguard Home delivery of the 1st tower venture Belvedere Garden in Londrina-PR. - Construction of office and the first release on Plaenge in Maringá-PR. - Top of the activities of Plaenge in Dourados-MS. |
| 2009 | - Plaenge joins the Chilean housing market, through Plaenge Chile. - Vanguard Home started its activities in Joinville, Santa Catarina. - Emisa Plaenge delivering the work of Matte Leao, a second factory in Brazil built with the standard LEED (Leadership in Energy and Ronmental Design), the most important seal of environmental quality for buildings in the world and work for Coca-Cola Marília/SP. - Start up of the Deloitte and INDG (Managerial Development Institute) works, consulting firms responsible for auditing Grupo Plaenge’s financial statements and for revising processes in the Controllership, Finance, Transfers, Contracts and HR areas. |
| 2010 | - For the second year in a row, according to an IBOPE survey, Plaenge has become the top of mind brand in Londrina, as well as all over the state of Paraná. And, for the fifth consecutive year, Plaenge was awarded the Top of Mind Prize as the most remembered brand in the state of Mato Grosso. - Publication of the book entitled “Building Dreams”, organized by Paulo Briguet and Domingos Pellegrini. The objective of the book is to share with the new generations the history, philosophy and values consolidated by Plaenge, in 40 years in the business. - System optimization and management process improvements through the updating of the IFS (Industrial and Financial Systems) version. |
