Três Lagoas is one of the most important cities in Mato Grosso do Sul.

Founded in 1915, the city is located in an important Brazilian road, river and train junction, with privileged access to the Midwestern, Southeastern and Southern regions of the country and other South American countries.

The city represents a great touristic potential and, currently, is going through a strong economic transition and fast industrialization process.

The construction of the Votorantim Pulp and Paper unit is bringing a high volume of investment to the city, which will certainly foster its growth.

Três Lagoas was appointed by Revista Exame as one of the most promising development centers in Brazil.

Plaenge started it operations in Três Lagoas in July, 2008 , with the launching of the first exclusive house development in the city - the Portal das Águas Residence
