In the residential segment, The Plaenge Group is present in 9 cities, in 4 states in Brazil. It has delivered more than 140 residential condominiums, providing high quality housing for more than 39,000 people. The brands Plaenge and Vanguard Home focus on the first time home owners.
In 2009, The Plaenge Group started activities in Chile with a local partnership, launching Plaenge Chile.
In the industrial segment, Emisa Plaenge has a portfolio of projects and industrial assemblies executed in 17 states in Brazil, and also in Venezuela. Among its main clients are Coca-Cola, Unilever, Philip Morris, Elmas Chips, Michelin, and Adams.
