	GERSP - Employees Club Organized in 1978, the club offers a number of amenities, such as swimming-pool, lighted sports court, barbecue grills and a complete infrastructure for birthday parties and social meetings of company employees.

	Scholarships Our company’s mission includes a commitment to the personal growth of our employees. Currently, approximately 30% of them have received or are still receiving company grants for their studies.

	The Serra Conster Award In 2002 Plaenge was awarded the national prize in the category of new tools created for civil construction on account of his Serra Conster project development [the Conster saw]. The new equipment practically eliminates the risk of accidents that may result from sawing wood on worksites.

	Developing partnerships Plaenge engages in the creation and development of its more than 60 partners in civil construction. The majority consists of small-sized companies to which Plaenge provides training on leadership and entrepreneurism.
